Es una planta compacta de alta productividad, excelente calidad en taza y notable resistencia a la roya del caf\u00e9. Esperanza tambi\u00e9n es tolerante a la enfermedad de la baya del caf\u00e9 (CBD) y se adapta bien a diversas condiciones clim\u00e1ticas.
